Show the client that he/she is unique
Have the client believe that he /she is unique and better than anyone else, and that he/she deserves your unique solution: „Such an active and busy person like you needs the most flexible and individual approach.“
Lead the conversation
Don't let the customer take over the conversation and show them that your time is precious and you cannot talk to everybody about anything they want.
Stand when calling
Did it ever occur to you what influence your posture has on your conversation and on your attitude? When you are standing, you have more energy in your voice, you are more active and self-confident.
Use silence
Nothing can emphasize your point like silence. Learn to be quiet and use silence to stress your words or to make client react to you.
Target emotions
Decisions about making a purchase is not always purely rational. Selling is not possible without connecting on the emotional levels of the prospect. Make a positive emotional impact and you will immediately be a few important steps closer to a successful close.
