"Warm calling" in sales: what is it and how is it done?

The term "cold calling" refers to blind prospecting  in other words, calling prospective clients who have never shown any previous interest in your product. You have never been in touch before and they are not expecting you to call.

More recently, a different, more effective way of calling clients has appeared, one that is being referred to as "warm calling". This article will explain what this term means and how you can incorporate the method into your own sales activities.
